Grow features
When used as hay, it develops well in double and triple grass mixtures with smooth brome and red clover; remains in herbage up to 7 years. When pasture use, it is advisable to sow in a mixture with Kentucky bluegrass, white and hybrid clover; good for cattle grazing during the growing season for 2 to 3 times, can be used on pastures in this mode for 3 to 4 years. The variety is highly winter-hardy, demanding on moisture, grows well on clay, loamy, sandy soils, drained peat bogs.
