Miratorg for the first time organized an internship for Oryol youth at a plant for the production, storage and processing of vegetables in the Tula region

Tula region is one of the key regions of the agroholding's activity. To date, about one and a half thousand people work at Miratorg's production sites in the region. The company pays great attention to the training of the personnel reserve: the agroholding not only invites experienced specialists to work, but also creates conditions for training young people who want to build a career in the agro-industrial complex at the enterprise. The company regularly organizes internships at enterprises, farms, production bases, where students and graduates of specialized universities and colleges study the intricacies of the profession. During the internship period at the holding, they are provided with work clothes, meals and corporate transport delivery; graduate students are officially employed, they receive salaries. Students practice according to individual programs: each is assigned an experienced mentor from among the best production specialists.

For two weeks, the future technologists were involved in all the working processes of the enterprise: they worked on vegetable processing lines, got acquainted with the storage conditions of raw materials and finished products, studied the technology of pickling cucumbers, and also conducted research in the laboratory. This is one of the largest enterprises of the company, which has no analogues in terms of automation and processing depth in the country. 

"The knowledge and skills that the undergraduates received during their internship have largely become decisive for them in choosing their future profession. Miratorg creates conditions for the career development of young people from different regions of the country from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, regardless of where they live or study. For the first time, students from the Orel region had an internship at the plant in the Tula region. This is a good example of inter–regional cooperation, which demonstrates the limitless possibilities and prospects of agriculture," the Miratorg press service commented.
