Miratorg invests over 605 million rubles in deep processing of by-products in Kursk

Kursk, September 03- Miratorg, Russia's #1 pork producer, plans to invest over 605 million rubles in the line for deep processing of by-products at the new slaughtery in Oktyabrsky district of Kursk region. 

Miratorg aims to double the capacity of its pork division with the new hi-tec slaughtery and processing plant able to process 4,5 million hogs per year. The plant will produce 503 thousand tons of meat in carcass weight per year for both corporate clients and retail.

The company adopting the state-of-the-art technologies to guarantee production efficiency, quality control and safety.
