The production of marled beef is an expensive process. Herewith the quality is controlled at all its stages: from field to shelf.
We produce our own forages, and fatten the steers for 250 days with corn grain to make meat become really marbled.
Price for our steaks depends on meat marbling grade. It is determined by the special scanner according to specially set parameters in our slaughter facility.
The Select is the most affordable meat grade. It has the least amount of marble lines. The most expensive is the Prime meat with the highest degree of marbling.
