Miratorg has increased the production volume of high-quality beef within 9 months 2018 by 35% – up to 77 thousand tons

Bryansk, October 3 – ABH Miratorg, the largest beef producer in Russia, continues to increase the production of high-quality beef and has already increased the production volume within 9 months 2018 up to 77 thousand tons, which is 35% more than for the same period of 2017. The production increase is inspired by the livestock population growth and establishment of new livestock farms.

            Miratorg has invested over 9.6 billion roubles in the high-tech meat-processing complex and continues to develop: the immediate prospects are associated with the deep processing of meat products and start of new projects. Nowadays the enterprise with the capacity over 150 thousand tons of products per year produces over 400 different products, including steaks, cutlets for burgers, shashlik, marinated meat and many other things. The company gradually expands the brand portfolio and increases the shelf life of chilled products without using preservatives. The entire assortment is presented in a package which preserves the freshness and natural quality characteristics of meat.

               The organization level of production processes and sanitary and hygienic conditions at the enterprise complies with the international standards of safety and quality: the enterprise is certified according to the HACCP scheme, ISO and has a Halal certificate. Besides, the complex is certified to supply beef to UAE and Japan; moreover the company supplies the products to the largest restaurants and retail chains. The enterprise is regularly audited by the regulatory authorities of both Russian and foreign trade networks, as well as by the current and potential consumers of meat products and independent consumer inspections.
