Miratorg’ launches construction of 2, 8 billion rubles leather processing facility
Bryansk, October 18th – Bryansk Meat Company ( BMC) , Miratorg’s beef production arm and Russia’s the leading operator in the Russian meat market, launches construction of the hi-tech leather processing facility. The company invests over 2,8 billion roubles to build the project from the scratch and plans to supply first crust leather to the market by the end of 2018.
Miratorg has successfully developed the vertically integrated production of high quality beef “from field to fork”. The brand new facility for “primary processing of other meat products” is an integral part of the Cattle Slaughter and Processing Complex with a capacity of 100 head an hour.
The company is focused on Increasing the processing depth to enhance its product portfolio and tap new markets. The new facility will process 1,5 thousand tons of raw-materials to produce 175 thousand square meters of the leather semi-finished products including automobile, furniture and vegetable crust that comply with the European quality standards.
The company will also invest over 450 mln rubles to set up high efficient waste treatment facilities to guarantee manufacturing of ecologically safe products with no damage for environment.

Miratorg strategy is focused on increasing the processing depth and broadening of assortment of the products with high added value. We own and control the supply of raw materials that coupled with modern equipment and advanced technologies will allow us to ensure sustainable production of high quality crust for our clients both in Russia and abroad” said President of ABH Miratorg Viktor Linnik.
