Miratorg opens its first overseas representative office in Saudi Arabia

Moscow, July 9th – Miratorg, Russia’s biggest beef producer, informs it opens company's first overseas representative office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to expand its operations and meat supplies in the Middle East region. 

Miratorg owns the world biggest cattle herd of the Aberdeen Angus breed. The company produced over 80 thousand tons of high quality beef in 2017. The vertically-integrated holding is also among Russia's top-10 of poultry producers. Miratorg's processing plants are certified for export operations to Saudi Arabia and comply with all requirements and Halal standard.

Launching of the representative office was approved by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). The permission granted the company rights for marketing activities and product promotion, establishment and expanding client base. 

Getting the license took two weeks including documents preparation and application filing via electronic portal. SAGIA aims to create the most comfortable conditions for foreign business and provides necessary assistance in the course of application procedure.
