Miratorg plans to open an innovative wholesale distribution center in Domodedovo by the end of 2019

Domodedovo, Moscow region  July 23- Miratorg, Russia major beef and pork producer, informs it plans to open a wholesale distribution center (WDC) for agricultural products, raw materials and food acceptance, prime processing, reworking, storage and packing with a capacity of 36 thousand tons per year.) in the Domodedovo urban district in December 2019. 

The vertically-integrated holding signed an agreement with Moscow region administration to invest 10 billion roubles in the project with a capacity of a turnover exceeding 36 000 tons of products annualy. 

WDC will closely work with producers from Moscow, Kaluga, Smolensk, Bryansk, Orel, Tula, Belgorod, and Kursk regions purchasing milk, meat, fish, vegetables, groats, berries, fruit, as well as flour, curd, cheeses. The production lines within WDC will deliver to the market the wide range of value-added products as: burgers, sandwiches,  ready-to-eat culinary foods, hot and fried meals, drinks, structured soups, bread and bakery products. 

The project will create of over 500 new jobs with competitive wages and safe labor conditions and the WDC will pay 700 mln rubles of taxes per year.
