Miratorg produces 230 thousand tons of pork for January- September 2017
“Miratorg”, Russia's major meat producer, increased pork production by 1% to 230 thousand tons of pork in slaughter weight for January-September 2017.
The company’s vertical integrated production chain includes feed-stuff division, pig-breeding complexes, located in Belgorod and Kursk regions and state-of-the art slaughtering and processing plant. Miratorg produced 288 thousand tons of pork in live weight over January- September matching the result of the same period of 2016.
“The Pig-Breeding Division is focused on enhancement of production efficiency and reduction of losses. The vertically integrated chain is operating at full capacity , so the main task remains fine tuning of the production processes to improve the core indicators. The country’s biggest meat processing complex of CJSC “SK Korocha” with a capacity of over 3 million heads is operating with maximally efficient loading”, Miratorg” Press Service commented.
