Miratorg’s rendering plant increases production by 38% to 8.2 thousand tons in 2018

Kursk, February 4 – ABH Miratorg, Russia’s largest vertically integrated company, announced that its rendering plant produced 8.2 thousand tons of products in 2018 which is 38% more than the previous year’s rate.

The high-tech rendering plant was launched in 2014 and now is capable to process over 120 tons of raw materials per day. Aiming to ensure the region’s environmental and sanitary safety, the plant efficiently processes livestock wastes into safe and marketable products. 

In 2018 the company produced 5.5 thousand tons of meat and bone meal and 2.7 thousand tons of feeding fat – 39% and 36% more than in 2017 respectively. In total the plant processed over 23 thousand tons of raw materials for that year. The company is certified in accordance with Russian and international standards for production of animal feed.
