Kaliningrad, 29th September, 2016. Miratorg division in Kaliningrad – the Russian leader for production of frozen ready meals and convenience foods – has announced that prompted by burgeoning consumer demand, its factories have begun producing frozen ready meals of Georgian traditional recipes.
Miratorg has invested five billion roubles in the building of the high-tech Miratorg West production facility in Kaliningrad. The maximum production capacity of the facility is 80,000 tonnes of finished product per year. Its five production lines are capable of turning out more than 200 different branded products, for both retail sales, and for the HORECA segment.
Georgian recipes from Miratorg are prepared from the finest cuts of the company's own meat, and accompanied by side-dishes and Georgian spices – khmeli-suneli spice-mix, Svan salt, and bozbash. The range features four delicious dishes – spicy bozbash soup, beef kebab with vegetables, satsivi chicken with rice, and beef pilaff. Miratorg division in Kaliningrad responds to what customers are asking for, and in return it offers them high-quality, healthy and tasty dishes.
Zhanna Malkova, CEO of Miratorg division in Kaliningrad, said “Traditional Georgian dishes are very popular in Russia, and this is the reason we are offering some of the most well-loved dishes. Our in-house range of Georgian dishes has been developed personally by the company's Head Chef, which is the key to the delicious taste, and the selection of the finest ingredients. In addition to this, the dishes themselves are exceptionally easy to use. All the dishes are ready-to-eat, and only need to be heated. This makes our Georgian range accessible for the widest possible range of customers.”
