Miratorg will be hiring the best graduates from the “Black Soil” universities in 2016
Belgorod, 30th September, 2016. Miratorg - one of Russia's largest employers in the agribusiness sector – as part of its youth opportunities program, has announced that it will be hiring a further 10 graduates in 2016 from agricultural colleges and universities in “Black Soil” towns and cities.
Miratorg – one of Russia's largest employers in the Russian agricultural sector – collaborates consistently with fourteen of Russia's leading agricultural colleges and universities, in Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov, and Moscow, on courses for a variety of programs of professional training for young people. The company has invested more than two million roubles in its “Young Specialist” program – which aims to recruit the best graduates from agricultural colleges and universities, to work in it future projects and expand its production. Miratorg is creating new jobs in fields such as agrotechnology, veterinary studies, genetics and crop-raising, feed manufacture, and meat processing.
Based on the results of apprenticeships, the company has selected top-achieving graduates who have demonstrated the best results and a high degree of commitment to their work.
Vladimir Prokhorov, CEO of Miratorg division in Belgorod, said “Our priorities are especially in the pig-breeding sector. We need a large number of livestock and veterinary experts. The interns will spend several months paired with one of our best production managers. Their partner will mentor them in all the tasks which their fully-independent work will feature, and in management skills. The result will be employees who have all the necessary professional skills, and an understanding of our company systems – and who can thus adapt to the work practices we have in our company.”
