Miratorg will launch 15 new burger stores and expand the branded chain up to 41 restaurants in 2022
March 9, Moscow. Miratorg, the leading operator of Russian meat market plans to launch 15 new burger stores Steak & Burger and to expand the branded chain up to 41 restaurants in six regions of the Russian Federation in 2022.
The first four restaurants will be launched in March. They may be both burger stores in branded supermarkets and new foodservice outlets outside the existing retail chain. Today Steak & Burger includes 26 restaurants in Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Bryansk, Tula, Kursk, Kaliningrad, and St. Petersburg. New restaurants will appear in Moscow, Moscow Oblast and Bryansk.
The menu of new outlets like other restaurants of the chain will include specialty burgers based on the recipes from chefs, steaks, hot starters, salads and drinks from Miratorg. The menu is regularly updated and new food formats are added. The company cooperates with popular delivery services as Yandex.Eda and Delivery Club and own delivery service is also used.
Steak & Burger’s special feature is the use of fresh selected meat, sauces, meat and vegetable semi-finished products and other ingredients produced at Holding's own plants in Russia. This allows us to maintain a high quality standard and control the cost of a burger or a steak for the consumer.
